Behr Hella Service offers seminars and specialist lectures via the Hella Training Centre in Lippstadt for wholesalers' office staff and sales representatives, as well as for employees further down the aftermarket chain and in garages. In addition, the training team is also involved in teaching duties at schools for master craftspeople in order to train future garage decision-makers. Training and further qualification provides the opportunity of being able to master and diagnose modern systems.

One or two-day seminars are offered by Behr Hella Service in the core fields of competence. These seminars contain both theoretical basics and lots of practical exercises and examples.

These specialist lectures last two or three hours and are intended to provide product and technology information, sometimes complemented by practical demonstrations.
