Condenser/ Radiator Fans
Engine cooling systems must be quiet, light, efficient, space-saving and reliable - the less they are noticed, the better.
Condenser or radiator fans are made up of an electric motor with flange-mounted fan wheel. They are mounted in front of or behind the condenser or radiator. Due to the air flow produced, they withdraw heat from the refrigerant or coolant. In vehicles with air conditioning systems, an additional or more powerful fan is often used. On account of the special installation location, soiling or gravel damage can cause environment-related failures or faults, for example. Damage caused by head-on collisions is also particularly frequent.
