The thermal management campaign begins in spring – target-group-tailored support for passenger-car and commercial-vehicle garages

Lippstadt, February 2008. In spring, Hella is starting the 2008 thermal management campaign with practical aids for air-conditioning servicing in garages, as well as numerous helpful means of sales support. The aftermarket and garages will profit from the wide product range with more than 6,000 items for vehicle air conditioning and engine cooling from Behr Hella Service.

For the first time in the case of the annual thermal management campaign, Hella is offering special support for the different needs of passenger-car and commercial-vehicle garages.
The range for passenger-car garages consists of material for outside advertising as well as information for garage customers. The inflatable penguin (approximately 1.60 meters high), a banner (approximately 3 wide x 0.6 meters high, as well as an A1-format poster provide clearly visible indications of the campaign. For garages customers there is a informational flyer, which draws attention to the health and comfort of passengers in cars, in the context of a properly-working air-conditioning system. There is also the template for a direct mailing campaign by garages to their customers.
The 36-page updated handbook of refrigerant filling quantities, with data for more than 1,000 different vehicles, and the 52-page booklet in A4-format entitled “Vehicle Cooling – A Compact Guide for Garages” will have a highly practical benefit for the air-conditioning specialists in garages. It contains fundamental information in relation to the design, method of operation, causes of failure, features and diagnostic possibilities for engine cooling.
Hella has matched further advertising and informational material to the special needs of commercial-vehicle garages. Both the content of the flyer and the direct-mailing templates are orientated primarily towards fleet managers of haulage companies and commercial-vehicle fleets. Their attention is drawn not only to the economic importance of the regular maintenance of air-conditioning systems for the fleet, but also to the aspect of “health and safety for drivers”. The practical aids also include the 36-page brochure “Basic Knowledge of Air-Conditioning Technology for Commercial Vehicles” in a practical A5 format and a counter stand with a depiction of the air-conditioning circuit.
